Return Policy

Cotton & Chocolate Quilt Company is committed to your satisfaction. In the case of damaged goods or packing error please contact us immediately at 805-241-0061.  Arrangements will be worked out to return the merchandise, send you the missing item or correct your billing.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.  Returned items must be in original packaging and in good condition (i.e., odor-free, no use of any kind.)  We cannot refund shipping and handling charges, and a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.  Due to certain copyright laws, patterns, books and magazines cannot be returned, no exceptions. Cut fabric cannot be returned, no exceptions.

All Sales from our Clearance Categories and all Special Orders are FINAL. No returns are accepted.
