Classes
Our current class schedule covers May thru August 2013. We offer a variety of classes and clubs with sessions available both during the day and evenings as well as Saturday and Sunday. Cotton & Chocolate has some of the greatest teachers around. We look forward to having you attend our classes.
There are two ways for you to browse our class schedule. You can download a pdf version of our Class Schedule & Newsletter. Or you can browse our online Class Calendar that shows the classes in calendar layout. Pictures of the quilts can be seen in the first session for each class in the online calendar. If you spot any errors in the Calendar, please send us a note so we can correct it.

Sam Hunter started quilting in 1989 to impress a guy and hasn't quit since (although the guy is long gone!). In addition to teaching quilting and fabric dyeing, she recently earned a Master if Fine Arts in Fiber and teaches at the college level whenever she can. Her favorite color is orange, so if you see an orange class sample it's probably hers. She likes to teach the things that look hard but are easy to make, and strives to make her classes fun, informative, and stress free. Her favorite chocolate is the dark European stuff, and she is known for making killer shortbread.
